Integrating Hubspot with Tofu

Permissions/details about the integration

• Tofu will create new fields ONLY on the contact and/or company properties
• Tofu may create new lists if Customer would like to transform a contact list into a company list

Integrate your HubSpot instance in Tofu

Go to http://app.tofuhq.com/integrations and follow the steps to add credentials for your HubSpot account

Use the HubSpot integration in Tofu

Take the following steps to import a list from Hubspot

• Go to https://app.tofuhq.com/playbook/targets and click “New List”
• You can then choose to import a Company (a.k.a company property) or a Contact (a.k.a. Contacts property) list
• Choose “Import from HubSpot”
• You will be able to select from all the lists in your account. You will also be able to search for a list.
• You will then choose the fields you want to import into Tofu. Just make sure to map them to the right data type in Tofu (Text or URL)

Take the following steps to export Tofu content back into HubSpot

• Once you get to the export page in a campaign, choose “HubSpot”
